T says sometimes the water trough is empty (I noticed the label said it has a 300 gallon capacity!). She said sometimes she uses the pump and hose to refill it. Prior to that, she carried buckets full of water from the kitchen sick to the trough. WTF? Imagine how many trips it would take to fill a 300 gallon trough with a bucket.
