A little chilling. T was right. The place is a little creepy. She described the feeling as "heavy." I wasn't sure if it was just the quiet, save for the unseen woodpecker. . .or some other-worldly presence. Either way, I never would have known about this place or it's history before the Geo-caching adventure.
