They say a picture is worth a thousand words. This pretty much sums up the action close to the waterfront - where the drinking establishments and beer gardens are located. We arrived about 8 and believe it or not, the party seemed to be winding down a little. It appeared everyone went at it early. The bars were still packed but it also appeared there was a good deal of slurring, staggering, and screaming already occurring. Most everyone was in a great mood though. . .didn't see any brawls.
The man in the picture with his arms raised, "Come on, you know you want to take my picture!" Actually, I didn't really notice specfic people, but it was kind of him to offer.
