Holiday "Baking"

For several years, I've been getting the support staff at my office little holiday gifts. Sometimes wine or 6 packs. Sometimes different items for each individual. This year however, resources are not so vast. So everyone is going to get a muffin mix they can whip up whenever they like. It's prob a little lame compared to previous years but it's the thought that counts!
